Don't
you give up sound quality when you make a loudspeaker weatherproof?
Unlike traditional "weather-resistant" designs, which are really just
modified versions of non-weatherproof products, Technomad
loudspeakers are designed from the start to be fully weatherproof. This means

What
colors are available?
The Vernal 15 is stocked in black and white. The Vienna 16 and the Paris 616
are stocked in black, and can be special-ordered at additional cost in white.
However, white Viennas and Parises will take an additional 2-3 weeks for delivery.

can I attach the loudspeakers to my house / boat / swimming pool etc? Please note that selecting
the correct loudspeaker depends greatly on the size of the area to be covered,
music type, desired loudness, and other factors. For many people, a pair

All OutdoorSound loudspeakers have optional multi-position mounting brackets which
allow you to securely bolt the loudspeaker to a wall, ceiling, pole, or other
appropriate structure. These wallmounts allow you to easily adjust the angle

OutdoorSound loudspeakers are not intended for use underwater. They are
designed to withstand extreme rain, snow, sleet, and other precipitation, but
they will be damaged if they are completely immersed.

Our loudspeakers are very efficient, so you can drive them with amplifiers as
small as 5 watts per channel. That said, here are the recommended power ranges
for each loudspeaker model to achieve maximum performance. Note that the
maximum recommended amplifier wattage (per channel) is higher that the continuous
power rating of the loudspeaker - this is not a mistake! It is considered
good sound system design to slightly "oversize" your amplifier so
it is operating without strain. This prevents signal distortion which can cause
loudspeaker damage. If you need an amplifier, we offer two
models for sale.
